The warm and welcoming atmosphere at Bolero made me feel right at home. Theresa, the owner, was the heart and soul of the hotel, greeting me every morning and evening with a smile. Despite the language barrier, her genuine care made me feel well taken care of throughout my stay. The pool was a lovely addition and the free bikes allowed me to explore the beautiful surrounding areas. And let's not forget the delicious cappuccinos and croissants served for breakfast – a perfect start to the day. I highly recommend this charming and friendly hotel for a relaxing and peaceful getaway.

Amazing morning cappuccinos and croissants, served by friendly and welcoming family-run staff. Located in a serene and peaceful area. Nice pool and free bikes for exploring surroundings. The owner, Theresa, adds a special touch with her warm greetings. It feels like stepping back in time.

The location of the hotel was excellent for those travelling by car, as it was situated just across the beach and very close to the lake. Additionally, being in the Lugana area, it offered a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The hotel provided free bikes, which made it easy to explore the surrounding areas and discover the beautiful scenery around.

Some of the amenities in the hotel were outdated, which may not appeal to those looking for modern facilities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is great, situated very close to the lake in a peaceful and quiet area of this city. The hotel facilities are good, including a nice pool and free bikes which we used to explore the surrounding areas. The breakfast was fantastic with amazing cappuccinos and croissants. The staff, especially the friendly old woman who is running the hotel, were extremely welcoming and accommodating.

The hotel is situated close to the beautiful lake region, perfect for those who love nature and tranquility. the rooms are spacious and comfortable with nice views of the surroundings. the bathroom was clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. the breakfast they prepared was delicious especially the cappuccinos and croissants mentioned by a previous guest. the family running the hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming, making our stay a memorable one. the hotel also provided us with free bikes to explore the nearby areas, which was a great advantage.

The wifi sign-in procedure was a bit inconvenient and could use some improvement.
